Shanti offers 8 classes per week from 3 different teachers, in a variety of different styles and levels of intensity. We'll be trialling new class times and types over the next few months - please see below for the current timetable.


CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
VINYASA:
An open-level vinyasa flow class connecting mind, body and breath through dynamic sequences.
POWER YOGA:
A dynamic and warming vinyasa style designed for stronger practitioners up for a challenge.
ASHTANGA:
A breath-led practice blending structure with curiosity. Expect to build strength, balance and a sense of inner calm
MORNING FLOW / SUNRISE FLOW:
An early morning uplifting practice designed to wake you up for the day ahead.
HATHA
A grounding, holistic yoga class designed to support awareness, presence and connection.
MELLOW SLOW FLOW / UNWIND
A slower quieter practice to help ease tension and prepare the body and mind for rest. Suitable for complete beginners.
All classes are 60 mins long and open to anyone regardless of level of experience. Some practices are stronger than others but you are encouraged to listen to your own body and our skilled teachers will be ready to offer a range of modifications to suit your needs.
Mats and props are provided so there's no need to bring anything to your practice. Just wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
Pay as you go places are £12, class passes are available to purchase (£60 for 6 classes), or ask about monthly memberships on your visit.
Pre booking is preferred (via email) but not essential at this stage.
