All classes are open to everybody and we try and make them as accessible and inclusive as possible.
However, they do all vary in terms of pace and level of intensity, so if you've never attended a yoga class before, you may prefer to start with a hatha class first which is a little gentler than a vinyasa or ashtanga, or a 'mellow flow' which is specifically tailored for beginners or those who prefer a slower pace.
You can read more about the different class styles on our classes page.
If you have injuries you'd like some specific support for, please arrive early and speak to your teacher before class.
Our weekly timetable includes a range of different classes throughout the week. You can view the full, up-to-date schedule at yourshanti.com/classes
Mats and props are provided at the studio, but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Just wear something comfortable to move in.
We're working towards an online booking system which will launch some time in April.
Until then, booking isn't essential, but if it's your first time, drop me an email at hello@yourshanticom so that I can make sure you have all of the info you need for your class.
Cancellations for classes can be made up to 24 hours before the class. Late cancellations or no-shows may still be charged. Thanks for your understanding.
The studio address is 46 Mill Street. The best place to park is at Morrisons which is free for 3 hours and a 5 minute walk. Otherwise the Pill car park is free after 6pm all week, after 12pm on Saturdays, and all day on Sundays.
